Abstract:
After the First World War, the Great Britain abandoned the traditional Two Power Standard of Royal Navy. In 1930s, the Admiralty frequently recommended the Cabinet to recover the Two Power Standard, but owing to considerations of politics, economy, and diplomacy etc., the Cabinet only approved the DRC Standard. Ultimately, the problem of Two Power Standard had no result because of outbreak of the Second World War.
