Abstract
The Amarna system rooted in soil of 2000-year diplomatic practice in Western Asia, and had an impact on post-Amarna diplomacy. Gift-giving trade was a pillar for this system, which resulted from unavailability of resource in the civilization centers in Near East. Under this system, peace lasted for two and a half centuries, even the transformation of political situation cannot challenge it, which caused by productive forces and the length of the radius of action of great powers. The system's participants, with different cultural traditions, adjusted and even changed its tradition to fit diplomatic actions, which stamped multi-cultural fusion on it.
